VISIBLY HIDDEN
Visibly Hidden explores the contrast
between appearance and identity.
Through layers of colour, texture, and
fragmented imagery, the portrait suggests
that while we are constantly seen by others,
much of who we are remains concealed
beneath the surface. The work reflects
the ways in which people construct and
protect their identities, revealing only
selected aspects of themselves while
keeping deeper thoughts, emotions,
and vulnerabilities hidden from view.
