SHIPPING TERMS

When your order is received an email will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. You will also receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

DUTIES & TAXES

Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deilersart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at info@deilersart.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

There may be additional charges for original paintings and oversized shipments. Please contact me for more information.
